Arise Sun ltd was born from the combination of skills between Alberto Chies & Robert Zhang; the first a product developer/sales executive based in the UK; the later a highly skilled business man based in Shanghai, China. Together they have a unique combination of knowledge that spams the whole lengh of the supply chain in the furniture industry, using it to assist other players in this market to design and manufacture the right product for their particular market. In early 2017 Arise Sun Ltd opened its very own factory in China to produce products for their UK wholesale arm, Cabinet Bits Ltd, and to other customers. Born in Brazil of Italian family, Alberto grew up under the wings of his family business, where he learnt his skills as a product developer and project manager, as well as developing a taste for practical innovations that can save time, money and enhance the quality of living of the end customers. Currently living in the UK for the last 22 years, he was a founding partner of a successful furniture wholesale business to the contract industry and at the same time running his own retail outlet. With the sale of that business, he concentrated his attention to the development and manufacturing of new products to third parties, joining forces with Robert Zhang to form Arise Sun ltd and set up their own factory in China. He currently lives in Hastings, UK, and is married with 2 children.

Born and bread in China, Robert Zhang had an early start in life, joining the Chinese party and becoming part of  what is today acknowledged to be the first class of business man that assisted with the opening of the Chinese economy to the world, a process that started in 1979. His main role was assiting foreign companies that had interest in investing in or buying from the then long asleep giant economy. After a succesfull career, he left his government role to open his first business producing and selling to the west products of high demand. Today Robert still runs his own businesses as well as being a founding partner of Arise Sun ltd. He currently lives in Shanghai, is married and has two children.
